Search and compare
The platform analyses profiles available in the CrewNomic network and, where conditions allow, in authorised external sources. Candidates are compared on their fit for this specific mission.
Approve a short selection
You receive a limited selection of profiles, with demonstrated skills, availability, estimated budget, strengths, limits and the recommended level of supervision.
Launch with the right level of control
The freelancer can work directly with your team, be administered by CrewNomic, or be integrated into a mission supervised by a senior expert.
Measure and compound
At the end of each stage, results, revisions, deadlines and costs enrich the mission history and improve future recommendations.
