Is CrewNomic a marketplace?
Not in the traditional sense. CrewNomic combines a talent platform, a selection service, a management system and an optional supervision layer.
How is a profile selected?
We analyse demonstrated skills, the complexity of previous work, references, autonomy and the relationship between rate and value produced. A human decision closes the process.
Can I integrate freelancers I already work with?
Yes, subject to the applicable contractual framework. CrewNomic can manage both selected talent and your existing external contributors.
What does supervision cover?
A senior expert reviews direction, intermediate versions and the final deliverable before approval. Scope and depth are agreed before launch.
How is invoicing organised?
Missions, budgets and spend are consolidated. You receive one monthly invoice instead of many individual payments.
Which countries are covered?
The network is international. Contracting, classification and payment flows are handled per country within the applicable legal framework.
Do you commit to response times?
We commit only to what our organisation can actually hold. Response, replacement and availability commitments are agreed mission by mission.
